Review: Tempt Me by Olivia Cunning

For the five sexy rock gods of Sole Regret, finding love is easy, keeping it is hard.

One more night…

For almost a year, Madison has been Adam’s hook-up every time his band, Sole Regret, tours through Dallas. But in spite of the way he sets her body ablaze with passion, the occasional night of rock-her-world sex isn’t enough anymore. She needs a commitment and knows that won’t fit into Adam’s rock-star lifestyle. Madison will take one more hot-and-heavy night with the sexy musician before she cuts all ties with him for good. Even if she must break her own heart to do it.

To tempt him…

Life isn’t all bright lights and fan adulation for the lead guitarist for Sole Regret. Madison has seen Adam at his worst and still managed to bring out the best in him. Her cleverly concealed naughty side also brings out the beast in him. He’s never met a more tempting woman in his life.

Madison has no problem tempting Adam into her bed, but can she tempt his heart into taking a chance on love?

Tempt Me is the second novella in Olivia Cunning’s Sole Regret series. This 32,500 word erotic romance novella contains explicit sexual situations, including some rough backdoor lovin’, hair-pulling, spanking, and whole lotta dirty talk.

My Review:
Olivia Cunning is a master of the Erotic Rock Genre! I may have made that Genre up, but seriously every book I have read of hers that has to do with Rock Stars is so great!

This wasn't the story I was expecting to come next in the series, but it is a story I am glad I got to read! While typically, I like more of the first meeting romance. Olivia did a great job of having this romance be between characters who have had a relationship for a while and yet make it still seem so fresh!

Madison has a little birdie in her ear telling her that she can't let the "booty call" relationship she has with Adam go on anymore. While she know's she should listen to the birdie, she needs to see Adam one last time to see if things are at all salvageable.

While experiencing sexual encounters that for her have been much deeper since day one, she can't deny the fact that it seems Adam's Rock Star life may be one she can't deal with anymore unless she wants to have her heart even more broken than it already is. Adam however, does not make leaving easy.

Olivia Cunning manages to tell a beautiful/erotic/complete story in 1/2 the length of normal novels. I can not wait to read more from the men in Sole Regret!
